How CS2SUS works, where the numbers come from and what the sus check means.
matches parsed every month
01What is CS2SUS?
A stats site for Counter-Strike 2 that answers one question about any player: are they sus? Search a name or paste a profile link and you get a cheat chance from our own demo parser, next to their ranks, bans and recent matches from Steam, FACEIT and Leetify.
02How many matches do you parse?
Our parser reads over 5 million matchmaking demos every month and runs around the clock. Every match it reads goes into the pool each player is compared with, so a percentile here ranks someone against everyone we track.
03How does the sus check work?
The parser replays each demo and measures how a player aims: time to damage, preaim, spray accuracy, headshot rate and more. Each signal is ranked against every player we track, and the cheat chance, from 0 to 100, shows how far outside normal ranges those signals sit.
- Nothing unusual0–25
- Signals look like normal play
- Worth watching25–50
- A couple of signals stand out
- Suspicious50–75
- Several signals sit outside normal ranges
- High risk75–100
- Far outside normal ranges on most signals
04Does a high score mean someone is cheating?
No. It is evidence, not a verdict. The score shows how unusual someone's aim looks, and very good players can look unusual too. Check the signals, watch a demo and make your own call.
05Why is a player not scored, or missing recent matches?
We can only score matches we have parsed. The parser works through new matches all the time, but we can't promise when a particular one gets picked up, so a player's newest games can take a while to appear.
06Where does the data come from?
Steam for the profile, account age, hours and bans. FACEIT for level, Elo and matches. Leetify for its ratings and matches. Our own parser for the sus check, the aim signals and full scoreboards.
07Why are some stats missing?
Usually a private Steam profile, or a player who isn't on FACEIT or Leetify. Now and then a provider is down. Each source fails on its own, so the rest of the page still loads and a missing number shows as a dash.
08Why would I sign in with Steam?
To link your match share codes, which lets us find your matchmaking games and parse them. You sign in on Steam's own page and Steam only tells us your SteamID. We never see your password.
